    - EKU ERP system accessed by EKU employees.
  • EKU Direct
    - Secure, easy access for faculty, staff, and students to view and maintain their EKU data in the ERP database
  • Degree Works
    - Comprehensive academic advising, transfer articulation, and degree audit solution for students and advisors
  • Microsoft Office Cloud
    - Login with EKU email and password
    - Cloud-based document collaboration and storage: word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.
  • Microsoft Sharepoint
    - Access to Sharepoint in the cloud
    - Word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.
  • Blackboard
    - University LMS, access to courses and a way to collaborate
  • Skype for Business
    - Conference calls and online meetings. Users can receive calls off campus if they have a laptop with the Skype for Business client or they can download the Skype for Business app on their cell phone.
  • VPN
    - Secure connection to campus resources, including the N drive
    - When connected, users can use “Remote Desktop” to connect to their computers on campus.
  • Outlook Web Access
    - Email, calendar, contacts
  • Zoom
    - Provides ability to create online meetings and conference calls; used in EKU Distance learning situations
  • Google Drive​
    - Cloud-based document collaboration and storage
    - Word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.
  • Google Chat
    - Individual or group chat and video calls
