Before your first day at EKU

- Complete your New Employee Paperwork
- Confirm your Benefit Orientation date (Orientation Calendar)
- Familiarize yourself with Parking & the Campus map
- Familiarize yourself with the EKU payroll calendar
- FACULTY ONLY - Visit the new faculty orientation page
On your first day at EKU
- Work with your supervisors on any required departmental orientation
- How to access your EKU ID Card
- Register for your EKU parking permit by visiting here. For general questions about parking please visit here.
Within your first two weeks at EKU
- Attend your EKU new employee benefit orientation event. A virtual invite will be sent to your email.
- Review the myEKU training guides for time reporting
- Review your job description with your supervisor
- STAFF ONLY - Review the EKU Staff Handbook
Within your first month at EKU
- Complete the required Online Safety training
- Complete the required Title IX training
- Register for the EKU Employee Wellness program
- Familiarize yourself with EKU policies
